Doug McElhaney

Doug is an experienced Operations, Advanced Analytics and consulting professional with a 16 year history of driving large scale impact across my organizations and consulting clients. Over the course of his career he has developed expertise in the areas of operations management, Lean, Six Sigma and Advanced Analytics. His recent work with consulting clients has focused on helping them leverage cutting edge Big Data and Advanced Analytics technology to drive top line growth, reduce costs and make analytics a differentiated capability within their organization.

Doug is currently lead the Advanced Analytics service line for McKinsey's Insurance practice.
